Two Awards for Holy Trinity School

Holy Trinity School and Vibe has won a Housing Design Award and is also the winner of this year’s New London Awards mixed-use category.

The project is an innovative approach to meeting the need for school places alongside providing new homes and comprises a two-form entry primary school with seven storeys of new homes above.

The New London Awards celebrate London’s best new and proposed projects across all sectors of the built environment. Supported by the Mayor of London, the Awards seek projects of the highest design quality which make a positive contribution to their surroundings and life in the capital. Last week, it was announced that Holy Trinity School was the winner of the highly competitive mixed-use category.

The project has also won a prestigious Housing Design Award.  Launched in 1948, these are the only Awards promoted by all 5 major professional institutions – RICS, RIBA, RPTI, the Landscape Institute and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, and aim to celebrate innovative housing design across the UK.

Both wins are a joint success for our Practice and the planning architect, Rock Townsend.
