Neptune Wharf, one of the largest developments within the Olympic Legacy area, has received planning permission at committee.

On completion, this canalside scheme adjacent to the Olympic Park will provide a new urban quarter to a currently underused, isolated and industrial neighbourhood, featuring 522 new homes, commercial and retail space, a new primary school and over a hectare of new landscaped open spaces.
