Queens Yard gets go-ahead from LLDC planning committee

Queens Yard project in Hackney Wick received planning consent from the London Legacy Development Corporation planning committee last week.

This truly mixed-use development will deliver 143 new build-to-rent homes, 2,932 sqm of flexible workspace and retail, cafe, restaurant, and bar space. It will also deliver a new purpose-built theatre to facilitate the relocation and expansion of the Yard Theatre and its Hub67 community centre.

The project is a collaboration between the Practice and Jestico+Whiles, Spacehub, Lichfields and Shaw Corporation.
