We are thrilled to announce that we have arrived in our new offices at 6 Orsman Road, in the heart of Haggerston’s Creative District.

We look forward to welcoming you there for many a meeting going forward [including on the fabulous roof top terrace if you fancy…]

Our chosen offices reflect our passion for sustainability coming to the forefront of our design agenda with a low carbon, adaptable and recyclable building!

HYBRID CLT & STEEL STRUCTURE

  • Demountable components can be repurposed/ recycled at the end of the building’s life.
  • Flexible/ adaptable structure
  • Lower embodied carbon 582KgCO2 /m2 (close to the RIBA climate challenge target).

MATERIALS

  • Minimal waste through off-site precision cutting of panels.
  • Offcuts used to make furniture.
  • Exposed services & CLT require minimal finishes.
  • Natural materials where finishes are applied e.g. natural clay plaster & linoleum.

RENEWABLES

  • Air source heat pump
  • PVs on roof

BIODIVERISTY & WELLBEING

  • Roof terrace – a relaxing breakout space with insect boxes, edible plants + fruit trees.
  • Biodiverse, brown roof.
