02.23 Hidden Homeless Competion

Looking through our archives, we were delighted to find our competition entry for Addressing Hidden Homeless for the former underground station site in Kings Cross. As part of our Practice wide charitable programme, we have supported various charities addressing homelessness, including Crisis and Centrepoint. For the competition entry we worked with both organisations to gain a more detailed insight into the growing plight of this particularly vulnerable group of homeless, which in turn fed into our proposals. Some fun ideas - check it out.

02.23 London Road, North Cheam

Four years in the making, our scheme in North Cheam has been approved at committee. Situated on a prominent site and within an interesting Art Deco suburban town centre context the proposals include both residential and non-residential uses and an improved public space. The scheme was developed collaboratively alongside community representatives who, despite initial reticence, eventually supported the proposals. Congratulations to the team!
