Alan joined the Practice in 2004 and became an Associate in 2012.
He has a significant track record in delivering a diverse range of projects. He leads a team, working closely with clients preparing initial feasibility and capacity assessments and following through to securing planning and site delivery. His passion for detail benefits all his projects ensuring the very best outcomes. As well as his experience of working on inner city schemes, Alan has led several suburban projects, including Clock House Gardens, in Welwyn. He was influential in securing planning permission for this challenging site, which has been transformed from a derelict hotel into a new residential community of 50 homes. Other recent project examples include Portland Drive in Surrey, a 2-4 storey development delivering 50 houses and apartments within a fine grain suburban context.
Alan is a member of the Construction Technology Working Group, bringing his expertise of new methods, techniques and products to the team and projects he leads.
