Julie joined the Practice in 2017.

Her previous experience includes projects ranging from housing to cultural buildings to educational facilities in the UK, Australia and Japan.

Since joining the Practice she has worked on the detailed design and construction packages for a number of large-scale urban regeneration projects including Thomas Road, a £45m scheme of 184 new homes which opens up a part of the Limehouse Cut in east London that has been inaccessible for many years. She has also worked on The Silk Quarter, a joint venture project between L&Q and Mount Anvil which is set to transform a former storage facility into a new urban quarter close to Whitechapel’s new Crossrail station.

Julie is particularly interested in the architecture of living spaces, designing context-led, sustainable and comfortable building that enhance the lives of their users.
