Nigel Crawley BA (Hons) DipArch DipUD RIBA

Associate

Nigel joined the Practice in 2001 and became an Associate in 2005.

With a substantial track record of working on urban regeneration and residential schemes, Nigel specialises in taking projects from initial concept design through to securing planning approval. Recent successes have included gaining consent for Wallis Road, a transformative heritage-led mixed-use scheme in the heart of Hackney Wick. As part of the London Legacy Development Corporation’s masterplan, the scheme delivers 44 new homes, employment space and importantly reinstates a historic yard. Nigel excels in delivering solutions for sensitive industrial heritage sites. Other recent projects include securing planning approval for a mixed-use development for the challenging Travis Perkins site in Bethnal Green, Hollybush Place.

Nigel has exceptional design and presentation skills, and is accomplished in the preparation of design development documents that are accompanied by strong freehand conceptual visualisations, detailed sketches and illustrations.
