Olga Sankova MArch

Olga joined the Practice in 2015.

Working in Studio One on feasibility studies and proposals for new projects and preparing planning and building regulations drawings, Olga integrates research surrounding the socioeconomic, cultural, political and environmental aspects of a project to inform the broader design vision, as well having a strong conceptual approach and ability to translate innovative design into appropriate technical solutions.

She believes that nowadays architecture and urban design cannot be considered as autonomous subjects, but a critical understanding of their role and potential is crucial for our profession. She has a strong interest in post-industrial towns and regeneration methodology/strategy, as well as the impact on socio-economy and urban fabric modification.
