Paul joined the Practice in 2012 and became an Associate in 2016.
He has since worked on the planning and delivery of large scale, urban residential developments. His experience includes schemes within heritage settings with associated planning sensitivities, including Calders Wharf on the Isle of Dogs, a development of 26 homes with commercial accommodation and community space overlooking the Greenwich World Heritage site. Paul led the design team on Thomas Road, for Bellway Homes, where he successfully secured planning consent on a large mixed-use scheme within Tower Hamlets providing 185 homes. His key role on The Silk District has seen him work closely with an extensive design team to develop the planning submission for a large mixed-use development for 648 homes and subsequently ensure design continuity as the scheme progressed into construction phases.
Paul has a keen interest in sustainable architecture and is a member of the Practice Sustainability Working Group.
