One of the key developments within a multi-site project alongside the North Circular Road has received planning consent to provide one of the final pieces of the jigsaw for this extensive regeneration scheme.
The series of sites includes both refurbishment and new build projects to transform this major transport corridor and provide 338 homes, dramatically enhance the environment and improve safety. This site, the largest in the portfolio, is currently occupied by vacant properties and empty plots and on completion will deliver 121 new homes to create a diverse and inclusive community.
The project is comprised of a combination of building massing and heights, alongside a carefully selected material palette to create a distinctive aesthetic. The arrangement of mews houses and taller blocks integrates the scheme into the environment, provides new pedestrian routes and forms protected landscaped spaces. A green buffer between the road and homes also minimises noise and pollution disruption, whilst enhancing the streetscape.
Homes are offered in a range of typologies, from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom family houses with private gardens.
