With extensive experience of design and construction on post planning work stages, Chris plays a vital role in delivering Stockwool’s projects.

Chris became a partner in 2015 and now works primarily at a strategic level, providing a seamless link between the Practice’s project teams and client and consultant organisations. With an impressive record of managing the design process across a range of sectors, his portfolio of projects since joining the Practice in 2005 includes high-density residential, mixed-use, education and community schemes, often delivered on an impressive scale.

His detailed knowledge in a myriad of areas - including sustainability, renewable technologies, technical design and construction - are invaluable to the successful development and delivery of the projects which he leads. This knowledge is also put to use through Chris’ involvement in the BIM Management Team, which focuses on how our design and construction process can be refined through the use of dedicated BIM software, protocols and information libraries.

Chris oversees the team responsible for CPD seminars and technical training across the Practice and is Partner in charge of Quality Management for our ISO 9001 accreditation. His sharp attention to detail ensures that our professional insurance and individual project contracts are always scrutinised and fully in place.

Happiest with a technical challenge, Chris often unwinds by tinkering with his classic car - a 1999 Sportpack Mini Cooper.
