Martyna joined the Practice in 2026.
Bringing with her administrative and team support experience gained across the design and creative industries, Martyna plays a key role in the day to day running of the Practice, supporting operations, administration, marketing activities and internal communications.
With a background in graphic design and studio coordination, she works closely with the leadership team and colleagues across the studio to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her understanding of the design process enables her to provide effective support across both creative and operational functions.
Outside of the office, Martyna enjoys working on her illustration practice and exploring exhibitions and events within the art and design community.
