Luxury living In the heart of the city

The redevelopment of this site comprised the conversion of a magnificent Edwardian commercial building into 59 new high quality apartments in the heart of the City.

Originally designed by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, the building has been sympathetically restored to its former glory both externally and internally. A glass box construction has been added onto the original structure of the building providing two extra storeys to house the penthouse suites, which offer stunning views across central London. Additional residential spaces were also incorporated into the basement, creating further duplex apartments on these levels.

The stunning redbrick and stone façade has been cleaned and repaired and the main stairwell has been retained as a key design feature, with original handrails, stairs and period green tiling extending from the basement to the rooftop penthouses.

The homes are spread over eight storeys, ranging from one bedroom apartments to luxury three bedroom duplex penthouses. Large floor areas and high ceilings create a luxurious feel in all homes, complemented by additional space on terraces and balconies on the rear apartments and penthouses.
